Hello..

There are two types of Seats available in Maharstra colleges

1- For state quota-85% reserved

2-All india Seats.-15%

96.40 percentile is for Maharastra Domicile People..

& In most of the colleges in maharastra All india seats Cutoff is More than 99%..

So 99+ percentile is For All india Seat & 96.40 is for Local candidate.
