hey friends help me . I am in a confusion. EEE in VSSUT BURLA OR CSE in IGIT SARANG . which should I prefer more . I have interest in CSE but I also want VSSUT .

See, I would suggest you to please choose your area of interest. Choosing area of interest is most important for building your career not college. If you want to go for CSE(Computer Science Engineering), go for it. Only check the placement record of the college you want to pursue CSE in.
