Hi Rohan,
First of all, I want to congratulate you for securing 99.1 percentile. This is a really good score for getting into top colleges. But there are other factors too which will affect your admission. I will be discussing the same here.
As has been noted through the assessment of previous years admission in top b-schools, MAT Cut-off has been stable and is anticipated to be the same for 2019 as well. . In addition to this, there are other conditions that you need to meet in order to get an admission there. They are –
- Candidates must have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks or CGPA equivalent in any bachelor's degree granted by any recognized university.
- Relaxation of 5% is granted to applicants in the reserved category.
- Reserved category applicants must submit their SC / ST / OBC certificate at the moment of verification in order to secure their seat at the required college.
Selection Process
After clearing the entrance exam and getting the shortlist, you need to sit for a group discussion and then a personal interview. Admission will be based after taking the cumulative marks of all stages into consideration.
The other colleges where you can apply are- IBA Bangalore, JIMS Delhi, Jaypee Institute of Management Lucknow, IMS Ghaziabad, ISBM Pune and IPE Hyderabad.
Hope this answer helps you!
