You won't be getting CSE at IET Lucknow with this rank. The cutoff is around 1200. With a rank of 2197, you can get CSE at the following colleges. -

I am sorry but you won't get admission in iet Lucknow with this rank it closing rank is 16,000 (spot) round.You have 2 option either take ECE/other branch for first year & then after first year you can change it if you achieve brilliant marks in first year or you can for Cse for KNIT or MMM
