as for your query, with your rank and under your category chances of admission in OU and JNTUH look weak as both have cut offs under 400 and 700 respectively for both courses (MBA and MCA)

these are two colleges i could find that can offer admission to you comfortably, other than that I am attaching a link to a PDF file with more old cut offs for your information

If the cut off comes down in subsequent lists then JNTUH might be available but I would suggest you scout for more colleges in Hyderabad just to be safe.
