I'm assuming you're asking the eligibility criteria for NEET-UG entrance examination. They're mentioned below:

1) Candidate must have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or will complete age on or before 31st December, in the year of his/her admission to 1st year M.B.B.S/B.D.S course.

2)Indian Nationals, Non resident Indians, overseas citizens of India, persons of Indian origin & foreign nationals are eligible for appearing in the NEET-UG entrance.

3)There is no maximum age limit for NEET.

4)Candidate must have passed in the subjects of physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology at the qualifying examination.

For candidates of SC/ST category or other backward classes, the marks obtained in physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology taken together in qualifying examination must be minimum 40% instead of 50% for general candidates.

For persons of locomotor disabilities of lower limbs, the minimum of 45% marks for GENERAL-PH and 40% marks for SC-PH/ST-PH/OBC-PH are required.

5)Candidates appearing for class 12 examination can also appear for entrance test provisionally subject to their fulfilling the conditions later.

Earlier, CBSE had declared that the number of attempts a candidate can avail at NEET is limited to 3 and candidates who had already appeared thrice will not be eligible to appear for NEET.

However, CBSE revised it's eligibility criteria stating that examination taken in 2017 will be taken as first attempt irrespective of previous attempts.

Hello Riti :)

Eligibility criteria for medical entrance exam is as follows:

1. You should be of 17 years of age at the time of admission or by the 31st of December of the year of your admission.

2. You can have a maximum of 3 attempts for all candidates.

3. A minimum of 50% aggregate is necessary in your 10+2 in the stream (Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology) if you belong to the UR category. In case of the reserved categories, it is 40%.

4. In case you hail from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana or Jammu & Kashmir, you should know that these states have opted out of the All India scheme. So, if you wish to claim eligibility in the 15% All India quota, you need to submit a Self Declaration form online that is to be presented wherever required.

Hope this helps!
All the best.
