Hi I am from Maharashtra but studied in Gujarat till 12th so can I get admission in Maharashtra govt college

If Maharashtra is your homeland and you do have your paternal properties there then you can have domecile of Maharashtra if you apply for that. And ofcourse you can get admission in Maharashtra being a local and take benefits. Same condition is there between Bihar and Jharkhand where many candidates have both state domecile (in your case if you are born and brought up in Gujarat and have proofs).
