HI, i am studying in II puc in Karnataka. Is it possible to study Gynecology is obestrics as graduate programme

No, usually you don't get bachelor's course or graduation course for gynecology and obstetrics. The courses are offered at UG and PG level in only MBBS program. You should clear NEET UG entrance exam to get into MBBS course and then go for the respective course in specialisation subject. For PG course too, MBBS course is compulsory to make you eligible for the course.
