Any rank above 1000 seems a bit far away from the near possibility of getting a seat in an esteemed college such as Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. Bachelor of Arts in English is a very popular course and so the competition is very tough. There can be no assurance but chances of you getting admission is this University as of now seems a tab bit remote. Wish you all the best.
