Its tough to exactly say where you may get because the cutoff changes every year.but according to analysis its tough for you to fetch a government seat because the cutoffs have rise so much this year.also simultaneoulsy few seats are increased.But according to previous year analysis and your rank there are really tough chances for u to fetch a government seat.and very very few chances in private because of the seats.there are chances for you to fetch BDS you can try that if you are interested.for furthur info please check the following links:

With 427 marks in NEET exam, there are chances that you might get into Government Medical Colleges in Karnataka. According to 2019 cutoff scores for general category, the scores lied in the range 425-720. very few Government colleges have cutoffs like 425, 426, 427, 428 and so on.
I suggest you not to take a drop unless you are not getting in a college you want to go. With 427, you might get a seat.
