Hi,
481 is a decider rank depending upon the University you are asking your question about. Since you have not mentioned the name of the University you have applied to and secured this particular rank, I can only answer you with my guesswork. If the University has around 70 plus seats, then your chance of getting admission is low but there is still some hope. You might get in the third round of counselling if there is any. If there are around 100 or more seats, then your chances are a bit better.
