Hi , I have got 2063 rank with EWS and in open category 13200 in JEE Mains. Will I get a CSE stream in any of top NIT's. Please advise

First of all congratulations on securing 13200 rank from general category and 2063 rank from EWS category in JEE mains 2020.
Your rank is very good and you can definitely get some of the top nits.
But if you want to take computer science engineering then there is some less chances for getting Computer Science Engineering in top NITs but with this much EWS category rank you have chances in some of the good nits like NIT Patna.
But still you will get many other good branches apart from computer science engineering in many top nits like NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal, NIT Calicut, NIT Surathkal etc.
