You have good chance to get good college.In your first counselling you can apply for some government college.You can get admission in different private college.AS it last vary from branch to branch. As your choice is CSE it is quite tough to get admission in good government college. If you are interested in any other branch then look for these colleges.  But if you are looking for any other branch ( core branch) like Electronics and Communication engineering, Mechanical engineering,  Electrical engineering, Civil engineering. Then you can give preference to some government college.There are certain government college where you can apply:

1. Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University kanpur

2.Lucknow University

You can get benefits due to your AF rank and girl obviously these colleges are not so good in terms of placement.But of you want to get government college then apply for these colleges (mentioned above). It also depends on level of paper (easy, moderate or difficult). Cutoff vary from year to year. It depends on the number of students participate in the exam. But I suggest you to go for private colleges . There are many private colleges where you can apply are:

1. Inderprastha engineering college Ghaziabad

2. Galgotia engineering College Greater Noida

3.Krishna engineering college Ghaziabad

4.IIMT engineering college Greater Noida

5.Noida institute of engineering and technology

6.Sharda University, Greater Noida

You can visit the sites of above colleges  and come to know about their fees, placement and faculty.You can get admission in CSE branch in these private colleges (mentioned above). You acn predict your college through various sites. Give your preference in first  counselling . Go through counselling till last.
