hi i have scored 23 in actual score but 65.247 in percentile score in mca,i belong to bcm category, can i opt for?

Can you please clarify which examination you are talking about, so that u can help your further,
If you want to know about TANCET then you can take admission in PSG college of Technology and Anna University as well as Bharathiar University easily.
