Dear aspirant
Whenever you writing to now about your chances of getting college please try to mention your category name and domicile state. Here as you haven't mentioned I'll assume you belong to Gen category and your profile say maharastra so that's your domicile state.
Your marks is low for getting admission in govt MBBS college in both state quota counseling or all india quota counseling. Cut off marks for Gen category students was 600+ marks in aiq and 557 marks in state counseling.
Now if we talk about getting private MBBS college seat then you have low chances in Maharashtra state quota counseling as Gen category students.
Although you have good chances of getting deemed University college like dy Patil, MGM college, bhartiya vidyapeeth, jln dutta megha in Maharashtra state itself by all india quota counseling for private/deemed medical College.
You can also get mbbs seat in private medical colleges in state counseling of uttar pradesh, bihar, rajsthan etc.
You can use neet college predictor for knowing your chances of getting admission in MBBS BDS BAMS college, link is provided below

Hello,

------ Since you haven't mentioned your category, I would consider you as a General Category Candidate.
------- Now with these marks it would be very hard for you to get a MBBS seat in any Government Medical College throughout India through AIQ Counseling.
------ But you have very good chances of getting MBBS seat in Deemed Medical Colleges (very very high fees and fee changes every year) through All India Quota Counseling-
