Firstly congratulations for securing 82% in cbse +2 exam. It's really a good percentile .

You can get seat in PU affliated colleges with your percentage. Rules may for selection based on different colleges rules.

You can get seat in Panjab University for BBA course.

But you are eligible for any college according to the eligibility criteria.
