Hi if I pay fees for seat in first allotment can I change to another college in second allotment in keam

Hey Abhinav,
There are 3 choices:
1. Float : if you choosed it then you will be eligible for next round with same college
2. Freeze: In it you will not eligible to go through next round
3.Slide:If you choose it then you will be eligible for next round
What you choose just match
