I'm sorry to disappoint you but if you are from General category, it is unlikely that you get a medical seat even in a private college under AIQ or state quota.
However, if you are under SC, you may easily get admission in government / private medical or BDS colleges. Let me share a list of previous year cut offs to give you some idea.
Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada- 378 (under AU state quota for SC). But it was 554 for Unreserved under state quota.
Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Ongole- 360 (for SC in AU area)
Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Srikakulam- 363 (for SC in AU area)
Private medical colleges had a cut off range of about 330 to 360 for SC quota whereas it was arohnd 500 to 530 for general.
