I would recommend you to assign 2 days in a week for preparation each subject and solve mock tests on a weekend for the topics that you have prepared in that week which will help you to analyze your understanding of the subject and identify the topics that need more prepation.

You should try and solve as many MCQs as you can.
You should be knowing the concepts before you start solving the MCQs
Start revising the units from class 11 and finish them off in 1 or 2 months with MCQs ofcourse.
I used to study theory for 2 hours and practice MCQs for around 5-6 hours each day.
So maybe try and do something like that, it'll help.
