Currently in India there are only handful of institutes providing the B.Tech in Biotechnology.

• IIT-D

For this you have appear for JEE- mains and qualify it as well with flying colors so as to increase your chances to get through JEE-Advance; qualifying exam for IITs. Last year cutoff was GEN-4403,OBC-2771,EWS-561,SC-1720,ST-741. (JEE Advance Rank)

• Delhi Technological University

For this you need to appear in JEE mains.

• GGSIPU

GGSIPU take their own entrance exam to take admission in University School of Biotechnology (USBT). The intake is very low so you need to secure really good rank.

• Jaypee University

The admission process is 50% through JEE mains AIR and 50% direct admission.

• VIT

For this you have to appear in VITJEE based on the rank you'll be provided admission

• Anna University

The counselling is on the basis of 10+2 marks.
