As per your score and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get in civil engg. in third or mop up round are:-

Punjab Engineering College Chandigarh--Transportation Engineering

National Institute of Technology Manipur--Transportation Engineering

National Institute of Technology Meghalaya -- Structural Engineering

National Institute of Technology Patna--Transportation Engineering
