As you have mentioned that you have got a rank of 17k in manipal entrance exam 2021, so let me tell you that in these type of colleges the dynamics of the cut offs changes depending upon some factors like:-
1-Number of candidates appearing in the examination.
2-Number of vacant seats in the college.
3-Previous years cut off.
4-Difficulty level of the paper
But on a general basis you should be able to get atleast automobile branch in mechanical domain.
