Hi. My JEE MAINS CRL rank is : 3,64,939 and percentile is 62.5, GENERAL category, nationality : INDIAN (Tamil Nadu) . Am I eligible for JoSAA counselling ? If yes, can I get into any NIT's or similar institutes ?

By looking at your CRL Rank I can say that there are no probable chances to have a seat in any NIT. Because candidates having some sort of reservation also feel difficult to get a seat with 62 percentile and you are from general category. This might be hard to say but looking for colleges based on your JEE Rank is not that useful for you. Try to take another attempt ( if you are willing) or look for other colleges and institutions, is all what I can suggest as your well wisher.
