Hi , my marks is 93 and rank 1837 (Gen). I didn't get chance in first counselling. Can i get atleast BVEC in 2nd counselling?

As you have secured 93 marks (1837 rank) so ofcurse it's quite difficult for you to make it to top engineering college under CEE Assam.
However, you might get a seat in other colleges under CEE.
But, literally your chances are a bit low.
But, I would advice you to go with the 2ns counselling process and look for the college which suits you best according to your rank.
