If you are from ews category you have a chance to get a Seat in bds. This year the cutoff is high. Because of this the competition is also high. So, if you want a seat in mbbs or bds you just fill your wished colleges in choice filling. But as far the rank you might get a bds seat in the management quota. But in 3rd or 4th counselling there might be a chance of getting bds govt colleges.

Competent Authority Quota is nothing but State Quota seats. And with a score of 391 and an All India Rank of 196397, you might get a Management Quota seat in BDS. This is because compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict chances. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year.
