If you're talking about KCET rank, your chance for getting ECE, if you belong to GM, is less. The cutoff last year was 2903. And, if you have any reservation, you may have a better chance. You can check that here.

i am sorry to say you have very high rank , in case of KCET you should have 3900 for ECE while in case of COMEDk you should have 10k
