HI my TNEA cut off is 189.5/Community rnk is 6523 And i wish to join aeronautical engineerng..can i get seats in MIT or KUMARAGURU Clg?

With TNEA cutoff of 189.5, it is hard to get Aeronatical at MIT or Kumaraguru for Oprn Category. If you belong to any reserved category then surely you can get the specified course in the specified colleges.
