For JNTU College of Engineering, Hyderabad the cutoff marks for SC category is 126-99 and for JNTU College Of Engineering, Karimnagar the cutoff marks for SC category is 104-66 and for JNTU College Of Engineering Manthani the cutoff for sc category is :- around 100.

Yes you can take an admission as the open state and closing state ranks are in 5 digits for the categorical cutoff. You may not get ECE but you can take Mechanical or EEE or Civil Branch. If you want to join CSE or ECE then you have to choose other college.

JNTU has maximum closing rank for ST category. For SC category the rank are in 4 digits.

Better to look for other college and take an branch which you like. Do what you find good for you. Studying in a low reputed college is fine until you have taken a branch where you are interested.
