You have a good chance of getting a seat in allahabad university main campus. With 160 marks also you have not mentioned your category, The cutoff for M.Sc Zoology at AU varies around 150-200. However, it can fluctuate since it depends on many different factors such as Number of test takers, Number of seats, Difficulty of test etc.
