HI so i want to opt for other options that I've never opted in previous phases I can't go for previous options that I've opted In previous phases can you tell me why I can't go for previous options please actually the college which is alloted to me in 2nd phase that I've preferred no 3rd so I wanna go for my 1st and 2nd preferred colleges so i want to attend final phase of counselling if I didn't get the seat in final phase I'll go for the college which is alloted to me in 2nd phase
