Jntuk is better in ranking and approved by UGC,AICTE. while jntuA placed lower than Jntuk. Talking about placement so jntuA offer median salary package of around 3.08 lakh per annum while jntuk offer median salary package of 2.50 lakh per annum. Top companies visiting in jntu A is Accenture, Tata consultancy services, wipro,Cognizant.. faculty and facilities is good in JNTU k .jntua is better in placement wise while jntuk is better in ranking, facilities, faculty wise.

As you know MTech is a gateway to research and specialization. So the faculty and infrastructure plays a vital role. So I will prefer JNTU kakinad over Anantpur because infrastructurally they have almost the same facility but in terms of active participation in research among the faculties is more in kakinad. This feature at kakinad will help you to have a knowledge in the recent research and finding in the field of Biotechnology.
I would like to suggest you that you should also do a research by yourself about both the colleges and then to come to a conclusion.
