hi..i an studying in 12th..n want to b a hr...but i am understanding how to pursue it..i mean the courses..n all so any1 help me wid this ?

Hello Akash Das,
You can be HR Manager after pursuing MBA in Human Resources. You have to complete your graduation either B.Tech or B.Sc. or BBA or any other Graduation degree. After that you can go for MBA. There are lots of MBA Entrance Exams available there such as CAT , XAT, MAT , CMAT etc.
