According to the Medical Counselling Commitee admission into government MBBS college and BDS college is done through 15% All India quota and 85% state quota. As you have the domicile certificate of Chhatisgarh you are eligible to appear your 85% state seat in Chhatisgarh only. However your Aadhar card address will not play any role here. You just have to produce your domicile certificate authorised by district revenue officer. Hope this helps.
