Hi,I have got engineering cutoff 192.75 ,can I get mech seat in Anna University this year???

Yes. You are capable of securing a seat in Mechanical Engineering. Not only Mechanical Engineering, you are also eligible to get a seat in Aeronautical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering. Mechanical has a cut off of 192 marks. Other mentioned branches do have cut offs less than your score.
