Since you are aiming for IAS , there is no certain career as such. You can opt any field of study and take up IAS after your graduation. You will have to take up IAS / UPSC coaching classes further before taking up exam, so you can take up any stream of your choice and then give IAS.
As per pattern of IAS, you have one general aptitude and basic social n science included in prelims , then main paper which includes paper on Indian laanglang, essay and optional subject . Optional subject has many subjects and you can choose which you have majored in. So it doesn't matter which course you take , you can clear IAS with your IQ and pre-preparation.

National Defense Academy Examination and Naval Academy (NDA and NA)
A National Defense Academy is an institute of Indian Armed Forces, where cadets of the three administrations Indian Army , Indian naval force and Indian Air Force are prepared together before they go to conclusive administrations foundations. NDA was set up in seventh December 1954.
Qualification Criteria :-
Instructive Qualification :
• 10+2 in any stream to apply for the Indian armed force
• 10+2 in material science and arithmetic to apply for the Indian Air power and Indian Navy
Age: Minimum 16.5 Yrs to Maximum 19 Yrs of Age ( No Age Relaxation)
Nationality-
• A hopeful must be a native of India
• Girls are not qualified for NDA.
Examination Process : Consists of Two phases
• Written Exam
• Interview by a Services Selection Board
