Hii, I'm from UP and have been living in delhi since 2012 and completed my schooling from Delhi. I have SC certificate issued by UP govt. so is it valid for getting admission in delhi university or I need SC certificate issued by delhi govt.

Dear Student,
As you have completed your 12th from Delhi so you will be eligible to to take the home state benefit of delhi to take admission in Delhi University.
But as you have the caste certificate of Uttar Pradesh then it will limited to Uttar Pradesh only, and if you want to take admission in other state then you need the caste certificate issued by all Indian government not the state.
So please create the caste certificate of All India or the Delhi state (only if eligible i.e. if you have the Address proof of Delhi) so that you will be able to participate as a SC candidate in the counselling of Delhi University.
