Generally, the study materials are delivered by post and in some cases, you are requested to go to the regional centre for recieving your study material. All the contacts are done over texts. So, wait till you recieve an sms regarding the collection of your study material.

You can also download the study materials from the official website of IGNOU. All the study materials are available in e-book format. You can refer to them till you recieve a hard copy.
