The first you need to do is just relax your mind and stay away from any kind of stress. You are in 11th class right now,you have enough time left to prepare for the exam. You can start again and get good score in the exam. Try to get a comprehensive understanding of the concepts of class 11th and 12th. 11 and 12th covers the most of syllabus for jee exam.

First start with easy topics and gain some confidence ,then go for the difficult concepts.  See previous year question papers to get familiarise yourself with exam pattern and syllabus and prepare accordingly. If you are in 11th you still have time for JEE. Stop thinking you are late. Others are more late . Start studying . You don't need to start with 10hrs a day . Start with 4hr be consistent and then slowly increase the time you study . Practise and practice a lot. Solve past papers. Most important is need to be mentally strong . There will be lot of moments where it will feel too much and you want to quit. You need to ask yourself how bad you want it . All the best ! You are not late . Start your prep now!
