I regret to inform you that with such a low score its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits.



As ews serves quota though your rank is 23000 so it can be  clearly said that you will not get any seat in nit or iiits.

And same condition applies for gfti as gftis are government funded college so they too require high cutoff to get admission into.



And to get admission into jmi one must have to score atleast 25k to 30k rank in general category without any quota .
