Since this is the first time as NEET exam is the only single common entrance test for admission into all the medical courses. Predicting cutoffs isn't that easy. AIIMS Delhi is to be get admissions from the NEET marks from this year only so we do not have the data about the required marks and required rank, however, given the reputation of the AIIMS Delhi it can be assumed that it is the first choice for the NEET candidates so you must try to get past the score of 670-680.
