Yes, you can take double drop for the JEE Examination and appear for JEE Mains Examination in the year 2023.
But you won't be able to appear for JEE Advanced Examination in the year 2023, as you can appear for JEE Advanced Examination maximum for two times (the year in which you have passed class XII and the very next year which in your case will be the JEE Advanced 2021 and 2022).
Hence you won't be able to appear in the year 2023 for JEE Advanced Examination. But you can appear for JEE Mains Examination in the year 2023.
