Hello Aspirant,
I think you are said about TS EAMCET rank. At this rank it is quite difficult to get seat in Any Veterinary. According to last year cutoff in SC category:
Veterinary
Non farmer quota-general -2268rank, women-2157rank
Farmer quota-4168rank
