How are the placements in UPES in the feild of computer science and what is necessary to get a good placement in it?

Hi, The course in CS is great and placements for this course are good. Companies like DELL were part of the recruitments. Previously average placements were upto 3-4 lacs whereas good performers and good knowledge candidates got upto 6 lacs in the start. There were other companies offering upto 12-15 lacs offer.
