In order to become a Financial Analyst you require a bachelor's degree in in business administration, finance, economics, statistics or accounting.
If you are dealing with securities firm you need a license as well. You can get a license from Licensure by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
You can also get a certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
