how can I cancel my payment regarding online fee payment in which the fee has not been submitted is saying can I get this money refunded if the payment bhas not successful

Hello student
As per UGC guideline if a student for unavailable reason cannot take admission in any of the institutions then his admission fees will be refunded only 50% of the the amount paid by him.
In this case he has to apply online mode to the respective authority for refunding of his fees as per norms.
