1. CHECK ELIGIBILITY :

• NTSE exam can be given by those students only who are studying in class 10th of a recognized school.

2. DOWNLOAD NTSE APPLICATION FORM :

• Visit the official website of your respective state/UT's education board or the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) website: NCERT NTSE page .
• Locate the NTSE section and download the application form for Stage 1.

3. FILL THE FORM:

• Fill out all the necessary details asked in the form -
• Personal information (name, date of birth, etc.)
• School details
• Category (General, SC, ST, OBC)
• Address and contact details
• Academic records

4. GET YOUR FROM SIGNED IN -

• Get your form signed in by the principal.

5. ATTACH THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS -

• Photocopies of your Class 9 mark sheet.
• A recent passport-size photograph.
• Category certificate (if applicable).

6. SUBMIT THE FORM - Submit the form after checking all the details.

7. PAYMENT OF FEES - Pay your fees of the application.

8. Download the admit card once it is released.

Steps to Fill and Submit the NTSE (National Talent Search Examination) Form for Class 10:

1. Get the Application Form

• You can either download from the website of your state's SCERT or get the same form through school.

2. Filling up the Details

• Personal details: name, address, phone number, etc.
• Academic Information: name of school, class, subjects, etc
• Parent/Guardian details: occupations, income, etc
• Details about their reservation category, if applicable.

3. Paste/Attach all Necessary Documents:

• Recent passport-sized photograph
• Class 9 mark sheet
• Caste certificate, if available)

3. Form Verification: The filled application form should be attested by your school principal or the authorized teacher.

4. Payment of Fee: Fee structure can be found online on their website, you can pay your fee either online or by challan from a bank.

5. Submission of the Application Form

• Paper application: Any one of the students submits it to the school's coordinator NTSE and State liaison officer.
• Online application: upload scanned documents and submit the form on the state portal site
