Dear aspirant,

To get admission into Engineering Colleges you should qualify in either State Level Entrance Exam or JEE Mains Paper-1 exam. As per your interest you want admission into Engineering Colleges without JEE Mains exam. In order to get seat in Engineering Colleges you should qualify in State Level Entrance Exams. Another option is management quota which are known as paid seats.
