Most of the Indians get some sort of financial aids in form of grants, scholarships and educational loans if accepted into Harvard University, on basis of merit, financial means and background.
Firstly you need a great score in SAT(Undergraduate), GRE (Postgraduate) or GMAT (Management) , whichever is your target as the acceptance rate at Harvard is as low as 5%.
Besides this, you need to have a good profile with both academic and co-curricular achievements, high grades in University and also a good Statement of Purpose, to increase chances of getting accepted in Harvard.

Yes or in their terms its called 100% funding. But for that you need to be an exceptional candidate with high scores in GRE/GMAT Examination as well as high grades in undergraduate insitute, with a keen interest to pursue higher studies in Harvard. You will be assessed on your Statement of Purpose, Recommendations and Resume to get any Merit Aids and scholarships.

You should have atleast 165+in both of Verbal and Quant to stand a good chance of acceptance into Harvard.
