hello NEET Aspirants!
This is being a really worse problem now among the students. I would request students to spend time with your family i must say, i am not saying an hour or 30 mins, just talk to them once on phone call for 5 mins a day.
One more thing, Do not hesitate telling the things to your family, they know you since your birth so they will understand what is happening with you. Do not keep the things to you as burden, Tell it to your family so that they may suggest the suitable solution. Thanks .
Hello,
Stress is common during the preparation of exams like NEET. And as a student you need to cope up with it so that it does not affect your preparation. The best ways to cope up with stress are-
- Spend time with your loved ones they can be your family, freinds etc.
- Try not to talk with person who tries to demotivate you
- Never compare your progress with someone other.
- Meditation and yoga would be helpful.
- Engage in your hobby.
Hope it helps.
