Hey,

There are various universities across India that offer B.A in English language, the most popular being Delhi University. Since English honours is the most sought after course offered by the University the percentage to get an admission is atleast 80-85% that is if you want to decent one. Delhi University has School of open learning which has 65% eligibilty creteria, you can also settle for B.A programme or any other honours course for which eligibilty ranges from 40-45% and study English as your minor then major in it after graduation . https://sol.du.ac.in/my/eligibility.php check this out for more information and see your chances, if not that, IP university offers the same course but you'd need 50% in 12th grade. Amity University is another great option and you need 60-70% for sponorsed and non-sponorsed category in English subject along with passing 10+2.

All this depends on your percentage too, so if you can specify that i will give you a better answer.

Thanks.
